Lise Stransky is a Certified Career Development Practitioner who has been advising people of all ages since 2004. A graduate of the Career Development Practitioner Post Graduate Certificate program from Conestoga College (Ontario), Lise combines thoughtful, non judgmental questions with practical, modern job search strategies. This approach increases the confidence of her clients so they can manage their career health, make informed career decisions, and find meaningful work. She also holds a BA in English from the University of Guelph, the Emerging Leaders Certificate from the University of Calgary, the Mental Health First Aid Certificate and is a Personality Dimensions facilitator. She was named one of the top career coaches to follow on LinkedIn by Jobscan in 2019, and is a voracious lifelong learner, logging many hours of professional development each year.
Lise believes work should be meaningful. This is the principle that has guided her work with her clients for the past 16 years. She believes everyone is entitled to meaningful work, and uses a variety of strategies to help her clients. This includes ensuring modern resume strategies, impressive interview skills, and using a variety of job search strategies for a successful job search.
Lise is a fierce advocate for the importance of career development and supporting her clients. She has worked with thousands of clients individually and as a workshop presenter, and also teaches up-and-coming career professionals. Her diverse career includes experience working with post secondary students, mothers returning to the work force, mid life career professionals in career transition, and professional associations.
