She is passionate about helping individuals make informed career decisions. In her career, Brittany has supported hundreds of clients of all ages to gain career clarity, confidence, and fulfillment through the facilitation of self-awareness, in-depth research, informed decision-making, and realistic action-planning.
Brittany has completed a Master’s degree in Clinical and Counselling Psychology from the University of Toronto and has a strong foundation of counselling techniques to assists clients in the emotional aspects that may accompany career transitions such as stress, anxiety, and low moods.
Brittany has extensive knowledge of Career Psychology and has completed her own research related to work life conflict and career burnout in the workplace. Her research has been published in international career journals and she has presented her expertise and research findings at national and global career development conferences. She has developed workshops for high school students related to career decision making and transitioning to university and has provided her expert opinions to the media.
