CCC offers customized Career Outplacement packages for clients going through career transitions. We offer a personalized approach suited to each person’s unique needs, providing support and instilling excitement around the next phase of their careers. We provide in-person sessions as well as support over the phone and online when a client cannot attend appointments at our offices.
Our Career Coaches have extensive training and specialization in career development, allowing us to support clients through various career transitions. As part of our services, we work with clients to create an individual marketing plan, ensuring that they are reaching their target employers with a brand that highlights their key strengths and talents. During your strategic job search, we will also help enhance your resume, polish your interview skills, and support you in finding fulfilling career opportunities.
We offer three levels of packages for Career Outplacement, tailored to individual contributor, manager or executive levels. These include a combination of:

Notification Support – we are available to be on-site at the time of layoff to provide support in situations where this is required.
Personal Counselling – when stress, anxiety and depression may occur after a lay-off, we have Registered Counselling Psychologists available to work with clients through these personal challenges.
Onboarding Support – we can provide support for the first 90 days on the job to ensure successful integration into the new organization and role. This involves coaching conversations and support to understand objectives and responsibilities, and implement practical strategies for successful integration.
